# Prof. Arun Sundararajan on Apple and other publishers potentially price fixing e-books

Excerpt from [MSNBC](http://marketday.msnbc.msn.com/_news/2012/04/11/11140844-us-says-apple-publishers-conspired-to-fix-prices?lite) -- "New York University’s [Sundararajan](http://w4.stern.nyu.edu/faculty/bio/arun-sundararajan) said the lawsuit doesn’t represent too big an issue for Apple, as it is not a market leader in the e-books space. Amazon.com has about two-thirds of the market, compared to about 10 percent for Apple, he said."
