Chavon Sutton is a Managing Director in the Global Investment Research Group at Cambridge Associates, a global investment advisor, where she conducts investment manager research and advises institutional clients on building sustainability – and impact – focused portfolios.

Prior to joining Cambridge, she served as the inaugural Director of Diverse &amp; Emerging Manager Strategy for New York City’s Bureau of Asset Management, institutionalizing the sourcing strategy for a multi-billion dollar emerging and diverse manager portfolio, and previously held roles at J.P. Morgan, Bank of America, and RBC Capital Markets. Sutton is also an experienced business reporter, having written for CNN Business, Forbes, and Reuters.

She earned her BA in Economics (cum laude) from the University of Pennsylvania, an MA in Journalism from NYU’s Arthur L. Carter Journalism Institute, and an MBA in Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
