In this interactive three-hour session, Professor Welch will guide participants through a structured process to identify their core values -- the foundation for making aligned, confident decisions in career and life. While “Becoming You” also explores aptitudes and economically viable interests, this workshop will concentrate specifically on clarifying one's values.

The program will conclude with a 1.5-hour networking reception to connect and reconnect with fellow alumni.

Speaker Bio:

Suzy Welch is an award-winning professor at NYU Stern School of Business, acclaimed researcher, and three-time New York Times best-selling author. Her most recent book, Becoming You: A Proven Method for Crafting Your Authentic Life and Career, is also a #1 Amazon bestseller.

A graduate of Harvard University and Harvard Business School, Dr. Welch is a frequent Today Show guest and op-ed contributor to the Wall Street Journal. She serves on the boards of public and private companies and directs the NYU | Stern Initiative on Purpose and Flourishing.

Since joining the Stern faculty in 2023, Dr. Welch has created and taught two popular courses: "Becoming You: Crafting the Authentic Life You Want and Need," and the leadership survey class "Management With Purpose."
