Stern Corporate Ambassadors Presents: An Evening at J.P. Morgan with Professor Suzy Welch and Fei-Fei Zhang (BS ’12)

NYU Stern invites you to an exclusive evening at J.P. Morgan featuring Professor Suzy Welch and Fei-Fei Zhang (BS ’12), Managing Director in Investment Banking.

Professor Welch will discuss insights from her book, Becoming You, which explores how individuals can align their values, aptitudes, and interests to build more purposeful and fulfilling lives and careers. The conversation will offer practical frameworks and thought-provoking perspectives relevant to professionals at every stage.

The program will also feature reflections from Fei-Fei Zhang (BS '12) on her career journey and leadership experience at J.P. Morgan, followed by a reception with opportunities to reconnect and engage with fellow Stern alumni.

This event is part of the Stern Corporate Ambassadors program and is open exclusively to Stern alumni at J.P. Morgan.

Speaker Bios:

Suzy Welch is an award-winning professor at NYU Stern School of Business, acclaimed researcher, and three-time New York Times best-selling author. Her most recent book, Becoming You: A Proven Method for Crafting Your Authentic Life and Career, is also a #1 Amazon bestseller.

A graduate of Harvard University and Harvard Business School, Dr. Welch is a frequent Today Show guest and op-ed contributor to the Wall Street Journal. She serves on the boards of public and private companies and directs the NYU | Stern Initiative on Purpose and Flourishing.

Since joining the Stern faculty, Dr. Welch has created and taught two popular courses: "Becoming You: Crafting the Authentic Life You Want and Need," and the leadership survey class "Management With Purpose."

Fei-Fei Zhang, Managing Director

Fei-Fei Zhang leads J.P. Morgan’s North America Beauty Investment Banking practice, where she focuses on M&A and capital markets advisory for her clients. Among Ms. Zhang’s recent engagements are the sales of rhode to e.l.f. Beauty, Medik8 to L’Oreal and Olaplex to Henkel and Mammoth Brands’ acquisition of Coterie. She has been part of the firm’s Investment Banking business across multiple groups for over a decade.

Ms. Zhang holds a B.S. in Finance and Management from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
