# Bob Greifeld (MBA '87), Former Nasdaq CEO, Joins Professor Joel Hasbrouck for a Conversation at NYU Stern

December 5, 2017 ![Bob Greifeld](/sites/default/files/styles/246w/public/assets/images/Greifeld_462.jpg?itok=NSNX2PLM) Bob Greifeld, (MBA '87) former CEO and chairman of Nasdaq, co-founder of North Island Ventures, and chairman of Virtu Financial, Inc., returned to NYU Stern for a C-Suite Speaker Series event with Professor Joel Hasbrouck. Dean Peter Henry welcomed guests and kicked off the event with opening remarks. Mr. Greifeld shared insights from his career at Nasdaq, and discussed his current pursuits at North Island Ventures and Virtu Financial, Inc. After an engaging discussion and Q&A session, guests enjoyed a reception with Mr. Greifeld.
