Policies and procedures for the Bursar are established by NYU.

The Refund Schedule and Policy for Stern classes is found on NYU's Bursar [website](https://www.nyu.edu/students/student-information-and-resources/bills-payments-and-refunds.html).

Petitions for tuition refunds due to extenuating circumstances may be addressed to [The MBA Academic Policy Board](/node/40065). Registration and Service Fees are assessed by NYU and not Stern and are, therefore, not refundable.
