Live Case: Deja Brew and the Green Meanie


On April 9th, the Leadership Accelerator launches its inaugural live case.

It’s January 2019. Students are at a conference table with five other members of the newly appointed management team of Deja Brew, an NYC coffee shop. The board of directors -- a group of executives -- has tasked them with launching a product: the Green Meanie. It's make or break for Deja Brew...and students are responsible for its success.

Students will work with their team to establish a launch strategy for the Green Meanie and present to the board. MBA student coaches will observe and debrief team dynamics.
