Prof. Roy Smith weighs in on Wall Street's settlements with the Justice Department under Geoffrey Graber

Excerpt from Bloomberg -- "Critics such as Roy Smith, a professor at New York University’s Stern School of Business, say prosecutors were driven by 'political fever' to extract massive penalties from Wall Street.
