Blogs

Blogs can be used in classes of varying sizes to promote learning outside of the classroom, provide supplementary information to onsite learning materials, encourage well-written analysis and responses, and encourage critical thinking skills.

Blogs can also be used as an alternative discussion forum or an outlet for ideas elicited by a classroom topic that can add to future class discussions or lectures. Blogs can be written by individual students, groups, the instructor, or the entire class. Interested in learning how blogs can be used in the classroom? Contact CITL for a consultation!
