Meal Plans Residents are not required to have a meal plan, but they are eligible to sign up for one through NYU Dining Services.
Parking The Palladium does not offer parking to residents. Street parking and local garages are the only parking options available and are available on a first-come first-served basis.
Gym use All students currently matriculating are eligible to use the Palladium and Coles gyms for no charge while they are taking classes.
Additional storage The Palladium does not offer additional storage outside the room assigned. Residents are encouraged to only bring what they need when they first move in.
Guest policy Guests are permitted, and require a short-term guest permit. Residents cannot have a spouse, partner or friend stay as a long-term/full semester guest. Residents should not to abuse the policy. Guest permits are distributed by the Resident Director, and the policies will be explained at your first meeting at the beginning of the year. There are air mattresses available for guests and can be requested through the resident assistants.
Online application issues If you have never used the online housing system, you will need to create a profile and password before applying. Please apply with an e-mail address that you will be using throughout your time at Stern. If you continue to have problems, please contact MBA Admissions (new MBA students) or MBA Housing (current students).
Shipping items to the Palladium You cannot ship items ahead of time unless they are scheduled to arrive on or after your move-in date. Please note that the mail room is not open on Sundays (a common move-in date), so do not ship anything you will need immediately upon arrival (i.e. bedding, toiletries, etc.).  The address is 140 E. 14th Street, New York, NY 10003.
Tours We do not offer tours due to security concerns and year-round occupancy. To view the facilities, please visit Palladium Living.
Holiday & semester breaks The residence halls are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (including holidays and semester breaks). If you have been assigned fall and spring semester housing, you will be permitted to stay in your room between the semesters. Fall only residents will be required to move-out at the conclusion of the fall semester (within 24 hours of their last final).
Application updates Application status changes will be sent via email to the address listed on your application and/or your Stern email address. The email will state that your application status has changed (i.e. confirmed, wait listed, etc.) and to log into the system to view the updated status. If you need to update your application information, please contact MBA Housing.
