| June 1 | New applicant deadline to cancel their 2013-14 application and receive a full deposit refund. |
| August 5 | Confirmed applicants receive room assignments. From this point forward, as applications are confirmed, they will be assigned to a room. |
| August TBD | Earliest move-in date for Fall 2013 residents. There are no exceptions. |
| December 20 | Move-out deadline for Fall 2013 residents. Residents not confirmed for Spring 2013 must move out of their room (by 12 noon) within 24 hours after their last final or by December 20, whichever date occurs first. |
| March (TBC) | Summer 2014 & 2014-15 Palladium applications are available. |
| May 23 | Graduating spring residents move-out of Palladium if they are not confirmed for Summer Housing. All continuing students move-out by 12 noon within 24 hours of their last final if they are not confirmed for Summer Housing. |
