| Current resident deadline to apply and be guaranteed housing for the 2012-13 academic year and to cancel their 2012-13 application and receive a full deposit refund. |
| July 1 | New applicant deadline to cancel their 2012-13 application and receive a full deposit refund. |
| August 3 | Confirmed applicants receive room assignments. From this point forward, as applications are confirmed, they will be assigned to a room. |
| August 17 | Earliest move-in date for Fall 2012 residents. There are no exceptions. |
| December 21 | Move-out deadline for Fall 2012 residents. Residents not confirmed for Spring 2013 must move out of their room (by 12 noon) within 24 hours after their last final or by December 21, whichever date occurs first. |
| Mid January | Move-in date for Spring 2013 residents. |
| Mid February | Summer 2013 & 2013-14 Palladium applications are available. |
| May 23 | Graduating spring residents move-out of Palladium if they are not confirmed for Summer Housing. All continuing students move-out by 12 noon within 24 hours of their last final if they are not confirmed for Summer Housing. |
