FACULTY EVENTS
1) Faculty Community Activities
a) Description: The dean or OFA organizes various community-building activities for Stern employees. Some are for the faculty, and some include administrators and staff. These include Dean’s Lunches, Faculty Forums/Seminars, Stern Family Party, High Tea, and others.
b) Process: OFA distributes a calendar with dates for these activities. It is also available by clicking here.
c) Timing: Ongoing, with calendars set at the start of each semester.
2) Faculty Meetings
a) Description: The Dean’s Office schedules three faculty meetings during the academic year, at which the dean provides updates on the school and necessary votes are taken.
b) Timing: Meetings occur in September-October, February-March, and May.
