Bridging the Racial Gap in Tech Entrepreneurship

On Tuesday, June 20, NYU Stern's Berkley Center for Entrepreneurship will host a panel discussion on racial equity in tech entrepreneurship. Framing the discussion will be a retrospective look at the groundbreaking documentary, The New Promised Land: Silicon Valley, a film produced more than 10 years ago by NYU journalism professor and award-winning filmmaker Jason Samuels and renowned journalist Soledad O'Brien.

Opening remarks will be delivered by Cynthia Franklin, director, Berkley Center for Entrepreneurship, and Professor Samuels, and the panel discussion will be moderated by Soledad O'Brien.
