'Licensing your name and taking a portion of the proceeds is a great business.' ... 'What really jumps out at me is how asymmetric the [Trump Tower Tampa] contract is,” says Stijn Van Nieuwerburgh, director of the Center for Real Estate Finance Research at the Stern School.
