NYU Stern Identity Toolkit | Email Signature

Faculty, staff, and administrators may either use the master tagline or the custom tagline. The custom tagline, which uses one of 30 individual verbs, can be used interchangeably with the master tagline. But only one tagline style may be used at a time. The custom tagline encourages stakeholders to be creative and choose a verb from the list of 30, that best represents themselves, their department, center, program, and/or initiative.

The tagline should left-align with all other information in the email signature.

In Gmail
Go to Mail Settings > Settings > General > Signature and enter signature text as below, substituting your own contact information*:
