About Benjamin Poag:
Ben Poag joined NYU Stern’s Management and Organizations PhD program in 2023. His research interests lie at the intersection of theory on justice principles, self and identity processes, and diversity in organizations. Specifically, he is interested in understanding the emergence of perceived unfairness in the integration of stigmatized groups and novel technologies into the workplace.
Ben graduated from University of Notre Dame in 2023 with a B.A. in Psychology (with honors) and minor in Data Science.
