The event was held at the New York University campus on Thursday, June 2, 2005. On June 1, 2005, we hosted a dinner to welcome the Institute participants. We are pleased to announce that U.S. Treasury Secretary John Snow was the keynote speaker.

This year's Institute focused on the following key topics:

Critical relationship between the board and the CEO
Critical governance role of the general counsel
The Audit Committee and the Board's oversight of risk management
Director's fiduciary duty of care, SEC and judicial expectations, risks and protections
