Johannes Stroebel was a member of the Working Group on “Extreme Weather Risk in a Changing Climate” at the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology and was a member of the Climate-Related Market Risk Subcommittee at the CFTC that produced the report “Managing Climate Risk in the U.S. Financial System.” 

NYC Decarbonization Compass

The NYU Stern Center for Sustainable Business (CSB), in collaboration with the NYU Stern Chao-Hon Chen Institute for Global Real Estate Finance and the Urban Green Council, launched this public data tool as part of its multi-year Invest NYC SDG Initiative. This building map of NYC was created to support the financing of energy efficiency and clean energy projects for buildings subject to Local Law 97 and was originally launched in a beta form in collaboration with the Mayor’s Office of Climate and Sustainability (MOCS) and the NYC Energy Efficiency Corporation (NYCEEC).
