Edward Glickman is the Executive Director of the Center for Real Estate Finance Research and Clinical Professor of Finance at New York University Stern School of Business. Professor Glickman has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate and financial services industry having been previously employed as President, C.O.O. and Trustee of the Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT). Prior to PREIT, Glickman was EVP and CFO of The Rubin Organization, EVP and CFO of Presidential Realty Corporation and an investment banker with Shearson Lehman Brothers and Smith Barney.

Professor Glickman is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, a Certified Treasury Professional and a Registered Securities Principal. He serves as Executive Chairman of FG Asset Management and as a senior advisor to Econsult Solutions, Inc. He is Board Member of the Temple University Health System, The Fox Chase Cancer Center and The Kimmel Cancer Center at Jefferson University. He was formerly a member of the Real Estate Roundtable where he was the Co-Chair of the Homeland Security Committee.

He is a 1978 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's Management and Technology Program where he earned a bachelor of science in Economics degree from the Wharton School and a bachelor of applied science degree in Bioengineering from the College of Engineering and Applied Science. In 1981, he earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
