Gustavo Vulcano is Associate Professor of Information, Operations, & Management Science at New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business. He teaches Competitive Advantage from Operations for undergraduate and MBA students, and several Ph.D. courses.
Professor Vulcano joined NYU Stern in 2002. His primary research includes revenue management, supply chain management, and applications of optimization techniques to solve large scale network problems. He has been published in journals including Management Science, Operations Research, and Manufacturing and Service Operations Management.
Professor Vulcano received his bachelor of science and master of science in computer science from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and his doctor of philosophy from the Graduate School of Business, Columbia University, New York.
