Maggie Wells is an Adjunct Professor at New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

Professor Wells has built her marketing career on the cutting edge of technology and has been launching products and companies and managing turnarounds for over 15 years.

Currently, she is global marketing and publisher partnerships director for a new digital business within The Economist Group. Previously, she was CEO of HomePortfolio, general manager of IndyPress Newsstand and COO of Kit Cole Investment Advisory Services.

Professor Wells graduated with distinction from the University of Rochester with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, and received her M.B.A. from the University of Chicago with concentrations in Finance, Marketing and Economics. She has an M.F.A. in Creative Non-Fiction from the University of San Francisco.
