Mission
The Fubon Center’s Mission is to:
- Increase Stern’s reputation as a center of impactful technology and innovation research
- Foster relationships between scholars and practitioners across academic and industry
boundaries - Enhance our constituents’ access to the resources they need to contribute meaningfully to scholarship and practice
The Fubon Center has three initiatives: Fintech, Data Analytics/AI, and Tech Innovation. The Center hosts conferences and events, funds interdisciplinary research projects, and promotes faculty research to make it more visible and accessible to the public.
The Fubon Center was founded thanks to an endowed gift from alumnus Richard Ming-Hsing Tsai (MBA, ’81), the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fubon Financial Holding Co., Ltd., and Fubon Financial Holding Co., Ltd.
