In July 2019, Liliana launched The Petrova Experience, a New York-based customer experience consulting firm dedicated to helping businesses recover the $62Bn lost annually to bad customer service experiences.

Tell us a bit about your career path and what you find most fulfilling about working in sustainable investing.
We got a chance to catch up with Eric Berger, MBA '08, about his career in wealth management and the path that led him to launch the UBS InsightShares LGBT Employment Equality exchange-traded fund. Having graduated also from GSAS with a master's degree in politics and international relations, Berger blends his strengths to make a greater social impact.
Tell us about your current role, and the path you followed to get there.
For Alan Gallo (BS ’87, MBA ’90), who is beginning his three-year term as chair of NYU Stern’s Alumni Council, giving back to Stern rises to the level of a calling. A self-described “lifer” at American Express, Gallo joined the company as a finance trainee right out of college, earned his MBA at night, and has risen through a succession of bigger jobs to his current position as executive vice president of global business services.
We got a chance to hear from Corey Phelps, MPhil '01, PhD '03, associate professor of strategy and organization and associate dean of executive education at McGill. He shares details about his academic career, advice for current students and recent grads, and the impact Stern had on his research.
