General FAQ's

Can I register a guest?

All alumni are welcome to register one guest.

Please note that guests can be under 21 years old to attend the Saturday Day Programming, but are required to be 21 or older to attend all other in-person Reunion events (including the Friday “Back to School” Night, the Saturday Evening Celebration at the NYPL, and the Sunday Community Brunch).
 

How do I modify my registration?

On the registration page please click the link under the registration button where it says, "Already registered? Modify your registration here."

I am no longer able to attend Reunion. Can I request a refund? 

The deadline to submit a full or a partial refund is Friday, April 19, 2024 at 11:59 PM ET.

Does NYU offer discounts on hotels?

NYU offer special discounts on select hotels when you visit the main campus in Greenwich Village and the NYU Tandon School of Engineering in Brooklyn.

Is there a dress code for in-person Reunion events?

We recommend business casual attire for the Friday evening "Back to School" Night and the Saturday daytime events. Cocktail attire is recommended for the Saturday evening class celebrations at The New York Public Library (NYPL). You can view photos from a previous Reunion for inspiration.

Purple, white, pink and/or silver attire is encouraged for the Sunday Community Brunch.

Will food be served at in-person Reunion events?

Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options will be served at each venue as available. An open bar, hors d’oeuvres, dinner stations, and dessert will be served at The New York Public Library.

What should I bring to Reunion?

Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID for access to the Stern building.

Can I return the merchandise order I placed through the Reunion merch store?

Branded merchandise is custom ordered through a third party site (AXOMO). AXOMO will only replace the product if it was produced incorrectly or with very poor quality (to be determined by our quality review team). To learn more about their return policy, click here.

Who can attend the celebration at The New York Public Library?

The Saturday evening celebration is open to the Classes of 2023 and 2021 and class years ending in ’4 and ’9.

Where is The New York Public Library?

The address for the Stephen A. Schwarzman Building is 476 5th Ave, New York, NY 10018. Map out your travel here.

Unless an accessible entrance is needed, please enter the building via the main entrance on Fifth Avenue.

Is there a wheelchair-accessible entrance to NYPL?

The Stephen A. Schwarzman Building has a ramp entrance located at 42nd Street. All levels of the building are accessible by an elevator at the north end of the building. Refer to the NYPL website for more information.

How long will the gallery be open?

The Polonsky Exhibition of The New York Public Library's Treasures will be open for two hours, from 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM ET. Please plan accordingly.
