Purpose
The purpose of the Makhoul Family Leadership Fellows Program is for students to accelerate their growth and position themselves as leaders within their organizations after Stern. They will carry themselves with greater confidence and purpose and be seen as people who can rise to the occasion.
Philosophy
Becoming a better leader is not a passive process. Adults learn far more through experience than through the advice of others. As such, the curriculum is heavily focused on practice. Students practice working through difficult workplace scenarios, are given the opportunity to reflect on their behavior, and receive feedback from their classmates.
