james James Kingham
Director, Coaching

James oversees career coaching and related programming for all full-time MBA students. The coaching team provides a full range of services--including self-assessments, one-on-one coaching and job search strategy, resume and cover letter review, mock interviews, and numerous small- and large-scale career panels and workshops held throughout the year.
James previously managed international career development, partnering with other NYU departments—including the Office of Global Services—to help students achieve success, whether in the U.S. or abroad.

James began his career at Stern in the Office of MBA Admissions, where he recruited full-time and part-time students and evaluated candidates for both programs. He previously worked in undergraduate admissions at Temple University (PA) and in research administration at the University of Pennsylvania.

James holds an MS in Education from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education and a BA from Yale University.

She enjoys doing Monday's NY Times crosswords and running the loop at Central Park. A west-coaster at heart, Alicia is a big fan of the Pac-12, providing Portland and Seattle recommendations and strongly believes that west coast oysters are far superior to east coast oysters.
