What is your favorite thing to do in New York City and why?: I am a huge fan of New York City, which makes choosing just one thing difficult. However, I love grabbing a coffee and exploring the city on foot. I believe New York is the most walkable city in the world and every walk offers a different experience. Walking helps me clear my mind, organize my thoughts, and reduce stress. When I do it with good company, it can also lead to some of the best conversations.

What is your favorite NYC spot and why?: The Upper West Side is my favorite part of New York. I moved here a few years ago when I started working in the city and quickly fell in love with its strong sense of community. There are so many hidden gems, neighborhood favorites, and easy access to green space. My favorite spot is the West Side Highway, where I love to run or take a long walk to unwind. It’s become my go-to place to reset and appreciate the quieter side of New York.

What has been your coolest experience at NYU Stern so far?: It had to be Block Olympics! I had an amazing time competing against the other blocks and seeing everyone showcase different sides of themselves. Everyone was putting on a full display of their athleticism, intelligence, creativity, camaraderie, and so much more. It felt like I was discovering everyone’s hidden talents while getting to know people across the blocks on a more personal level. The competition was fierce, and I had even more fun than I expected. It was an incredible experience!
