Madeline King Kneeland
Madeline King Kneeland is a PhD Student in the Management & Organizations Group at NYU Stern School of Business.
She is broadly interested in networks and how they shape evaluations, decisions, and outcomes within organizations. She is working on research that looks at the collaborative networks of partners in a law firm and how their decisions of when and with whom to share work influence professional success.
She is also interested in the drivers of innovation. One of her current projects examines who pioneers previously unexplored coordinates of the technological landscape and the subsequent attention these outlier patents receive.
She received her B.A. from Williams College in Psychology (with Honors) and Art History in 2011.
