About Jérémie Haese:
Jérémie joined the Management and Organizations Department at NYU Stern as a Visiting PhD Student in January 2024. His current research centers on the interplay between competition and technology, specifically exploring the policy and societal implications of this dynamic. In his first project, he explores the impact of firm transitions to open source software on open source communities and firm performance.
He completed his undergraduate studies in Economics and Management at the Ecole Normale Supérieure de Paris-Saclay and the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. He holds a master's degree in Network Industries and Digital Economics from the University Paris Dauphine - PSL and a master's degree in Corporate Finance from the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. He is currently a PhD Student in Management in the Strategy Department at HEC Lausanne.
