PLEASE NOTE:

  1. Payment is due to the Stern Bursar on or before April 27, 2017, for all continuing students. If you add or register (for the first time for the Summer semester) on or AFTER April 27, payment is due within 48 hours.  
  2. Registration and service fees are non-refundable after the 100% tuition and fee refund date of each class.
  3. Payments can be made by cash, check, money order, and travelers checks, make payable to New York University.  Late Payments will incur an interest rate of 1% per calendar month, or any part thereof, (12% per annum) in addition to a $100 late payment fee.
  4. Students registering for 6 credits or more are eligible to use the 50/50 Payment Plan. Students using the Payment Plan must submit the agreement form along with payment. The first payment is due with your registration. The second tuition payment is payable in full on June 12, 2017. Late Payments will incur an interest rate of 1% per calendar month, or any part thereof, (12% per annum) in addition to a $100 late payment fee.
  5. The effective date of any drop or withdrawal is the date the student completed the request on-line, in person (add/drop form done at the Office of Records & Registration) by fax (date on fax) or by mail (postmark date). Please refer to the Tuition Refund Schedule to determine the refund you will receive.
  6. If you are NOT a US Citizen or Permanent Resident, a $90.00 Office of Global Services fee will be charge to your account.

Maintaining
Matriculation
Students are not required to maintain matriculation
in the Summer semester.  If a student needs to maintain matriculation, the student must apply for a leave of absence from an academic advisor and pay this fee to maintain
matriculation. (Ph.D. students must receive approval from the Doctoral Office.  In addition, all Ph.D students will be charge a registration & service fee of $479.00).

1After May 13, 2017, in addition to the Late Registration Fee and Late Payment Fee, an interest rate of 1% per calendar month, or any part thereof, (12% per annum) will be charged on the total tuition and registration/service fees for the period starting from the first day of the term, May 13, 2017 until paid in full.
