Gregory Kubitz joined New York University Stern School of Business as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Economics in September 2016.

Professor Kubitz’s research interests lie within the field of game theory and information design with a focus on the impact of asymmetric information on dynamic contests.

He is the recipient of the Welton Graduate Prize in Economics and the Marcia and Herbert Howard Endowed Graduate Fellowship.

Professor Kubitz received his B.S. and M.S. in Mathematics from Western Washington University and holds his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
