#WeAreStern Scavenger Hunt Social Media Contest

We Are Stern Social Media Scavenger Hunt Contest - Version 2
Welcome in the new year by participating in the #WeAreStern Scavenger Hunt Social Media Contest!

The contest has been extended! Through Sunday, September 17, you can still win all kinds of cool prizes just by posting photos!

But that’s not all! Every day, @sternuc will be dropping a clue to a hidden prize on our Instagram story. If you're the first to find it and post about it, the prize is yours!

What kind of prizes, you ask? Things like Insomnia cookies, semi-formal tickets, a Polaroid Snap camera, gift cards to the NYU Bookstore, Boba Guys bubble tea and iTunes, a leather Daniel's briefcase, awesome NYU Stern swag like baseball caps, water bottles, mugs, and more. Join this epic adventure and vie for your chance to win amazing prizes and share your NYU Stern pride!

How to Participate

There are two ways to enter:

Option 1 – The Easy(ish) Way: Tweet, Instagram, or Snapchat a pic to us with #IAmStern or #WeAreStern in the caption. We’ve got 10 prizes that we’re giving away randomly. One post = one entry, so the more you post, the greater your chances are of winning! Need ideas for what to post? Check out our list below.

Option 2 – The Epic Way: We’re dropping prizes around campus every day – starting the first day of classes through Block Party. Where are they? Well, you’ll just have to figure it from our clues on @SternUC’s Instagram stories. Each day from September 5 – 14, your peers will be sharing a new clue on our story. Be the first to find out where your prize is, share your victory, and you’re a winner!

6. Your favorite spot on campus that isn’t Tisch Hall, KMC, or Gould Plaza. (But yes, we also know they’re not everything.)

11. A landmark from the city you’re currently in. Sternies studying abroad, we’re looking at you!
12. Your favorite activity from Welcome Week – Stern Orientation or not! (Class of 2021, this will be easy. Sophomores, juniors, and seniors, dig back into the archives!)
