Aleksandra Zolley
Adjunct Professor of Business Law
    Aleksandra Zolley is an Adjunct Professor of Business Law at NYU Stern.  In addition to teaching, Professor Zolley will be joining the New York Office of McKisney & Company in 2012. She has previous experience in the international tax and financial consulting industry, in which she has held a range of legal and advising roles and has taught seminars on law and democracy in prisons and abroad.  
Prior to joining NYU Stern’s faculty, Professor Zolley earned her JD/MBA from NYU focusing on finance, and social entrepreneurship. While studying at NYU, Professor Zolley co-authored a proposal to redesign the Clean Development Mechanism of the Kyoto Protocol for the international climate change negotiations in Copenhagen, was the president of the JD/MBA Association and a Jacobson Leadership Scholar in Law and Business. She holds a B.S. in International Political Economy from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
