In his address to the NYU Stern Graduate Class of 2021, Roger W. Ferguson, Jr., will share how he has approached his career as a “climbing wall” rather than a ladder, taking advantage of opportunities for lifelong learning even when it meant moving sideways or slightly down rather than up.
