Paul Romer, University Professor, professor of economics, director or the NYU Stern Urbanization Project and interim director of NYU's Marron Institute on Cities and the Urban Environment, delivered a University Professorship Lecture entitled “Approaching the City through Pasteur's Quadrant" this Spring.
