Sasha Zolley is a leadership development expert and executive coach with over a decade at McKinsey & Company, where she helped organizations worldwide undertake cultural transformations and build strong, human-centered leaders. One of the founding members of McKinsey Academy, she led it’s Leadership and Management portfolio, delivering immersive programs on adaptability, inclusive leadership, and managing hybrid teams. Her work reached tens of thousands of professionals across industries and geographies, shaping how organizations develop talent at scale.
Before McKinsey, Sasha taught in a wide range of settings—from universities and nonprofits to refugee camps and correctional facilities covering subjects including economics, strategy, legal research, and foundational law. Whether coaching executives or teaching teens, her approach centers on creating immersive, challenging learning environments that are grounded in real- world application and personal growth
Sasha is excited to be back with the Business and Society Program bringing her experience advising top executives, and her years of front-line teaching to help students become thoughtful, principled decision-makers who can navigate uncertainty with both rigor and heart. She lives in Long Beach, NY with her two sons, Viktor and Alexander, and loves sharing stories, music, and adventures in the outdoors.
