Kelly Buchanan Spillers is a senior marketing executive with over two decades of experience leading global brand, digital, and social strategy across consumer and B2B industries.
Kelly is currently serving as Global Head of Integrated Marketing Communications for Shark Beauty, a division of SharkNinja, where she is driving brand storytelling, campaign integration, and growth strategies for one of the fastest-rising beauty and technology innovators."
As VP of Global Digital & Social Marketing at CeraVe, she scaled one of the fastest-growing skincare brands in the world—expanding its digital ecosystem across 40+ markets, driving Cannes Lions–recognized campaigns, and building cultural relevance through influencer, sports, and gaming partnerships.
Previously, she served as CMO at Infor, where she reimagined customer experiences across global markets, and as VP of Digital Marketing at L’Oréal USA – Consumer Products Division, where she helped establish the Chief Digital Marketing Office. Earlier in her career, Kelly held leadership roles at Digitas, Ogilvy, and Accenture Interactive.
She is also an NYU Stern MBA, a UCF Dean’s Advisory Board member, and is passionate about advancing education, DEI, and community impact.
