Highlights of the DBi Program

  • One to two-week intensive course -- with one pre-departure class at Stern
  • Mix of local faculty lectures, corporate visists, government and business speakers and cultural visits
  • Offered outside of semester timeframe (typically during January, May, or during breaks)
  • A course for credit (1.5 or 3)
  • Applicable toward Global Business specialization
  • Lottery as with any other elective for a seat (no application process)
  • Students receive a letter grade which is calculated into their Stern GPA
  • Tuition + program fee
  • Online language learning opportunity provided
  • A pre-departure "Meet & Greet" reception to get to know your fellow DBi classmates
  • "Insider's Guide to DBi" panel for each course
