Mock Application Workshop

Join Lauren Calio, Director of MBA Admissions, and evaluate a mock Stern application to the Full-time MBA program.  Participate in this interactive workshop and dive deep into each component of the application. You will leave with insight into how Stern evaluates applications and with tips for preparing your most competitive application.

Dana Onyewu is the Vice President of North American Sales and Education for Tatcha Skincare. A 2007 Stern graduate, Dana has a background in luxury retail and has worked for L'Oreal and Devacurl. While at Stern, Dana was president of the Luxury Retail club, a Consortium Fellow, and a Forte Fellow.

Damian Bayona

Damián Bayona is an experienced corporate and international banker with a decade of experience in the US and abroad. Driven by his passion for new technologies, Damián takes pride in providing global banking solutions for today’s fast growing start ups. As a Relationship Manager at Citi, his goals include providing financial, transactional and advisory services to high growth tech companies. He is a former Fulbright Scholar and earned his BA in Economics from Texas Tech and MBA from NYU Stern.

Phillip received his MBA from NYU Stern in 2016. Landrum works in Media Partnerships at Facebook launching and running funded content programs. Prior to that, Phillip worked in Corporate Strategy and Corporate Development at VICE Media where he focused on topline growth initiatives / launching new businesses. Before VICE, Phillip was a strategy consultant at Deloitte. Phillip is driven to create systemic economic and cultural change for communities of color through Entertainment and Media.

Clarissa Peña graduated from NYU Stern in 2018. Peña is a Digital Product Manager for Voice Communications Portfolio at Comcast Business, which focuses on B2B products, within Comcast NBCUniversal. At Stern, Clarissa served as Vice President of the Association of Hispanic and Black Business Students, Stern Women in Business, and Graduate Marketing Association and as marketing lead for Stern Ally Week.

Ciara Famble

Ciara Famble

Ciara Famble came to Stern from the hotel industry, where she was a sales manager for W Hotels. She leveraged the MBA transition from sales to CPG brand management and graduated in 2018 with an MBA specializing in Marketing and Strategy. Ciara was highly active in the Stern community, with leadership roles in the Graduate Marketing Association, the Luxury & Retail Club, and AHBBS. Currently, she is an Associate Brand Manager at Prestige Consumer Healthcare, leading the Canada portfolio.
