Dean Peter Henry and Prof. Laura Veldkamp Participate in Jackson Hole’s Annual Economic Policy Symposium

Dean Peter Henry served as chair on the opening day of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City’s annual Economic Policy Symposium in Jackson Hole, Wyoming August 25-27.
Professor Laura Veldkamp also participated as a discussant, leading the conversation on “The Structure of Central Bank Balance Sheets.”
The 2016 Symposium, “Designing Resilient Monetary Policy Frameworks for the Future,” brought together central bankers, finance ministers, academics and media from around the world, including Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen, to discuss today’s pressing economic issues, implications and policy options.
