Please join the Birnbaum Women’s Leadership Network, NYU Stern’s Center for the Future of Management, the NYU Women’s Leadership Forum, NYU Wagner’s Black Student Association, and NYU Law's Women of Color Collective for a discussion on the challenges women of color face in the workplace and how the workplace needs to change, featuring Minda Harts, author of the recently published Right Within: How to Heal from Racial Trauma in the Workplace and Ruchika Tulshyan, author of Inclusion on Purpose: An Intersectional Approach to Creating a Culture of Belonging at Work.
