Biography

Clare Snyder joined New York University Stern School of Business as an Assistant Professor of Technology, Operations, and Statistics in July 2025.

Her research explores human behavior within AI-enabled service systems, focusing on operational outcomes like productivity, efficiency, and fairness.

She received her PhD in Technology and Operations from Michigan Ross and her BS in Information Science, Systems, and Technology from Cornell Engineering.
