Careers | Ignite

IGNITE is a foundational suite of programming and resources targeted to students interested in embarking on a job search either now or in the future. The program is made up of three modules - Career Design, Positioning Yourself, and Real-Time Job Search Fundamentals - that will help you explore your career interests, strategically position your background, and hone your job search skills. The IGNITE program is industry and function agnostic. 

Specific elements of the program are required to gain access to Stern Recruitment, which includes Stern's internship and full-time recruiting opportunities. 

While the required elements of the program are front loaded for the Full-time MBA, there are optional workshops offered throughout the academic year including IGNITE Pitch Practice, Behavioral Interview Practice, Cover Letter Workshop, and Offer Management Workshop. These events can be found in Career Account. Additionally, the asynchronous resources in your IGNITE Brightspace course are available to support you as you need them.
