MBA Students Take 2017 "Doing Business in… Singapore" Course
—
In January, a group of MBA students traveled to Asia for NYU Stern's "Doing Business in... Singapore" course. Highlights of the trip included lectures on business practices in emerging markets, cross-cultural negotiation and value-based market paradigms at the National University of Singapore Business School; a corporate visit to Singapore Airlines; and a stop at the Singapore Flyer observation loop.
“Asia has seen major economic growth and business development over the last few decades, and continues to be a dominant player on the global stage,” said MBA student Danielle Purkiss. “DBi Singapore is particularly valuable because of its emphasis not only on Asia as a whole, but on Southeast and South Asia in particular.”
