About Adam Solomon
Adam Solomon joined New York University Stern School of Business as an Assistant Professor of Finance in July 2025.
Solomon's research focuses on the intersection of public finance, financial economics, and climate finance. He studies the design, provision, and regulation of (public and private) insurance and how this interacts with changing climate risk and other market frictions.
He received his PhD in Economics from MIT and his undergraduate degrees in Mathematics and Economics from UNSW in Sydney, Australia.
