Alvin Jones is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Management Communication Department at the NYU Stern School of Business. He brings over a decade of experience in technology sales, corporate transformation, operational strategy, and executive coaching as the Managing Consultant at RS Strategy Consulting.

Beyond management consulting, Alvin is a seasoned entrepreneur with a diverse portfolio spanning media, entertainment, and hospitality. He founded and led BIE, L.O.R.D. Music Productions and Chananjah Records, and held equity investments in restaurant ventures.

Holding an MBA from NYU Stern and a BA in Business Communication from Baruch College, he specializes in bridging executive communication with corporate strategy—helping MBA students and business leaders refine structured narrative delivery, managerial presentation design, and emotional intelligence in leadership.

Alvin is certified in PMP, PMI-ACP, PSPO, PSM, and ITIL. He is also a published author, a New York Toastmasters Club Past President, and a Past Area Director for Toastmasters International.
