RSVP, Ticketing, and Name Cards
RSVP Information and Tickets to Stern's MS Convocation
The RSVP window is now closed. All eligible graduates were able to request a maximum of five (5) tickets online during the RSVP period, which includes one (1) candidate ticket. If you missed the RSVP deadline, please email GraduateConvocation@stern.nyu.edu.
Paper tickets are required for all candidates and their guests. Per New York City Center policy, every person must have a ticket, including infants and small children.
Prohibition of Ticket Sales: NYU strictly prohibits the direct or indirect sale or auction of Stern MS Convocation tickets. Ticket(s) may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests, giveaways, or sweepstakes) or other trade or commercial purposes. Graduates engaging in such activities, as well as any other activity that disrupts the administration of the ceremony and/or violates any NYU student conduct policy, will be subject to NYU disciplinary sanctions, including without limitation the delayed issuance of a degree or diploma.
Ticket and Name Card Distribution: In addition to a candidate ticket, graduates will also need to bring their name card, which will be required to cross the stage on-site on May 13. Tickets and name cards will be distributed by Stern administrators from KMC 10-165 on the following dates/times:
Monday, May 6
11:00 am - 2:00 pm | 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Wednesday, May 8
8:00 am – 9:30 am | 11:00 am - 2:00 pm | 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Thursday, May 9 – Friday, May 10
11:00 am - 2:00 pm | 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Monday, May 13
Noon - 2:00 pm
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- One (1) paper ticket must be retained by the graduate for access to the venue on May 13.
- All event tickets will be general admission (no assigned seats on May 13), so please disregard assigned seat numbers on the ticket. Graduates are seated early and separately at the front of the theater upon arrival at 5:45pm ET.
