NYU Stern Executive MBA student Vaughn McKoy embraces transitions. He started in law, working as a trial lawyer, and as a federal and state prosecutor, handling fraud and white-collar crime cases. After serving as director of the division of criminal justice for the state of New Jersey, and being exposed to management, Vaughn wanted to transition from the courtroom to the boardroom.
