J.P. Eggers

J.P. Eggers is the Vice Dean of MBA and Graduate Programs at NYU Stern. He joined New York University Stern School of Business as an Assistant Professor of Management and Organizations in July 2008. He teaches the core M.B.A. strategy class and a strategy capstone elective. He received his B.A. in History from Amherst College and his M.B.A. in Management from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and will take the role of interim Dean effective July 1, 2024.

Victor Mullins

Dr. Victor C. Mullins

Dr. Victor C. Mullins is the Senior Associate Dean for Diversity and Inclusion at NYU Stern. Prior to Stern, Dr. Mullins was the head of the undergrad program at the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia; a Master of Arts Degree in Higher Education Administration at New York University (NYU); and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Higher Education Administration at NYU.

Lindsay Loyd

Lindsay Loyd is the Executive Director for MBA Admissions at NYU Stern. She joined NYU Stern in January 2023 after a 20 year career in financial services.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Washington State University in Pullman, Washington, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Thomaï Serdari

Thomai Serdari, Ph.D. is a strategist in luxury marketing and branding. She helps clients launch, grow, and successfully manage luxury brands. She is an expert on luxury and actively studies, values, and reports on companies or funds that operate and invest within the luxury goods market. Prof. Serdari has been teaching at New York University since 2004.

Nate Pettit

Nate Pettit is an Associate Professor of Management & Organizations and the Founding Director of Stern’s Leadership Accelerator. He currently teaches core and elective leadership courses in the full-time MBA program, Langone evening MBA program, NYC and DC Executive MBA programs, and the one-year focused MBA programs. Nate serves on the MBA core curriculum committee, Faculty Council, and as the faculty representative for the MBA student podcast, Stern Chats.

Sam Chandon

Sam Chandan is Director of the Chao-Hon Chen Institute for Global Real Estate Finance at the New York University Stern School of Business, home to the school’s applied real estate research initiatives, industry and policy engagement, and undergraduate and MBA real estate programs. Prior to joining Stern in February 2022, Professor Chandan was the Larry & Klara Silverstein Chair and academic dean of the Schack Institute of Real Estate at the NYU School of Professional Studies.

Kim Lewis-Collins

Kim has extensive and diverse corporate, career coaching and leadership experience. Prior to joining Stern in 2022, she led career coaching, employer relations and operations teams at the Gabelli School of Business, Fordham University. Before pivoting into career services, she spent 20 years in corporate marketing roles including Director of Multicultural Marketing at Verizon, Director of Brand and Partnership Marketing at Avis Rent a Car and Brand Manager at Kraft Foods and Mondelez.

Bryan Pfeffer

Bryan Pfeffer is an alumnus of the NYU Stern MBA program. While at Stern he served as Co-President of the Management Consulting Association, Vice President of Careers & Conferences for Outclass, and is a member of Stern Hoops. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland.

Jeetendra Khilnani

Jeetendra Khilnani is an alumnus of the NYU Stern MBA program. While at Stern he served as Co-President of the Management Consulting Association, Vice President of Corporate Relations Graduate Finance Association, Vice President of International Recruiting Stern Student Government, and Vice President of International Students South Asian Business Association at Stern. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Accounting & Auditing from the University of Mumbai.

Allie Waxman is an alumna of the NYU Stern MBA program. While at Stern she served as a Stern Senator in NYU Student Government, Vice President of Sustainability for the Social Impact and Sustainability Association, Vice President of Outreach for Stern Follies, Vice President of the Full-time Recruiting, Management Consulting Association, and a member of Stern Women in Business. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drama, Producing/Entertainment Business/ Public Policy & Management from NYU.

Tania Arciniega is a current Full-time MBA student at NYU Stern. Fatim Lelenta

Fatim’s career has always included working with graduate/professional students. She began her career journey as a Career Counselor at Fordham University where she supported graduate students in the school of education, arts and sciences, and alumni. She then came to NYU where she initially served as Assistant Director of Graduate Career Development at the Wasserman Center for Career Development. In her role, she supported over 20,000 graduate students (Masters and PhDs) across the university.

Jairam Dookoo is a current Full-time MBA student at NYU Stern. He is currently the Assistant Vice President of the Alumni Relations, Management Consulting Association (MCA), Assistant Vice President of Career Development, Student Government (Sgov), and the Assistant Vice President of Admissions for the Association of Hispanic and Black Business Students (AHBBS).
