  • Stern Women in Business (SWIB) hosts career networking, professional development, community service and social events for Stern's female community. The annual SWIB conference draws more than 400 Stern students, alumnae and professionals from the New York City area.

Scholarships and Financial Assistance

The NYU Stern Advancing Women in Business Scholarship
Established in 2017, The NYU Stern Advancing Women in Business Scholarship is a merit-based scholarship that will be awarded to students entering the full-time MBA program that demonstrate a deep and abiding commitment to advancing women in business. This scholarship, which is partially funded by alumnae and members of the Stern School’s Board of Overseers, covers the first year of tuition and mandatory fees. Please note that the scholarship is non-renewable in their second year of study.
